Trippe Fried is the founder of Piscataqua Technologies and has been a consultant, adviser, and practicing attorney for 18 years. He works exclusively with entrepreneurs and growing businesses. Trippe brings both a legal and business perspective to an enterprise's management team, assessing and addressing potential risks and handling various matters including transactions, contracts, employee relations, intellectual property protection, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

Trippe graduated from law school at the age of 24 and went into private practice for himself shortly thereafter. He spent years consulting with and representing business owners in  their ventures and then became an entrepreneur himself. Trippe is the founder, chairman, and president of VLD Technologies Inc. which will soon unveil  a new legal management platform specifically designed for growing businesses. It leverages technology to bring entrepreneurs key services that they need in an efficient, cost-effective manner. A sole practitioner who understands from experience the challenges facing "smaller players" trying to compete in today's marketplace, Trippe is passionate about helping up-and-coming business owners find their niche.

Trippe is also a published author, former radio commentator, New York Rangers hockey fan, and basketball players whose talents never garnered their due recognition (or so he says).
